Great stay with friends! The location was handy for outdoor activities like snowmobiling and ice skating. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-kept. The breakfast had plenty of options, which was a nice start to our days. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, making our time even more enjoyable.

One downside was the lack of an elevator, which may be inconvenient for some guests.

The Queen Room was comfortable with nice decor, but the bathroom needed better cleanliness. Overall, a decent stay.

The rooms are somewhat well insulated for sound.

I had a frustrating experience with the cleanliness of the facilities. Additionally, the housekeeping was only available upon request and took too long to respond, leaving us without adequate supplies for our entire stay.

Unfortunate issues included persistent condensation on the windows, creating an unpleasant musty air quality since they couldn't be opened. Housekeeping wasn’t consistent. a lack of cleaning prompted requests, and even those often missed the mark, leaving the room environment less than ideal. The gym facilities were outdated and cramped, without a pool for relaxation. Breakfast was troublesome too. food often showed signs of age, and the breakfast area had serious space limitations.

I stayed in the King Room, and it was perfect! The bed was super comfy, and I loved the desk chair-so cozy that I joked about buying one. The staff were really helpful, and the overall atmosphere. Definitely a great pick! 😊

The staff were friendly and willing to help, though it felt more like empty gestures than genuine service. Having a restaurant nearby was convenient, especially when I could just walk over without needing a car.

It definitely wasn't cheap, however it was still acceptable in some ways.

the air conditioner leaked, creating a wet spot on the carpet, how lovely! the front desk staff was unfriendly, absolutely not what I expected. honestly, I thought I would receive a complimentary upgrade for my trouble, but alas, I just couldn’t believe the service was so ordinary.

We stayed in the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds and it was pretty nice! The room felt renovated and the beds were comfy, which is a plus. It was super quiet too. we couldn’t hear other guests at all. The breakfast had good hot items but they run out of bacon too soon, so that was a bummer. They had useful stuff like a fridge and microwave in the room, so that was handy!

I had a decent night here. the bed was really comfortable, but the low-flow toilets were a bit of a hassle, needing maintenance multiple times. Overall, it fit my needs well enough, I'd think twice about returning.
